The below overview shows which apps are available per Life Fitness Discover SE3, SE3HD, SE4 and Symbio Console and which apps are only available in certain countries.
Discover SE4 and Symbio Consoles
- Only the 4 Life Fitness Apps are already pre-installed within the Console, but not necessarily visible to the user.
- None of the 3rd Party apps are pre-installed within the console. The third-party app service running on the console will automatically install any apps that are enabled through the System Options or Facility Connect. It will also uninstall apps when they're disabled.
- Unlike SE3HD/SE3, all of the Country specific AND Globally available 3rd party apps as well as the Life Fitness apps, can be turned on/off in the Console System Options or Facility Connect.
Note: The third party App update process is completely separated from the main Console Software update process. Updating or changing the Console Software won't affect the third party App or its update status. Third party App updates are separately managed by Life Fitness Engineering.
Discover SE3HD/SE3 Consoles
- All Apps are already pre-installed within the Console, but not necessarily visible to the user.
- Globally available 3rd party apps can be turned on/off in the Console System Options or Facility Connect.
- Country specific 3rd party Apps can ONLY be turned on/off through Facility Connect with a registered Facility Connect account.

Note: To make a country specific App available within the Console, the customer needs to have a registered Facility Connect account and has selected the applicable country in the address details of the Facility Connect account.
Having globally available apps available and shown within the Discover Console doesn't automatically mean these apps work within each country. This is still depending on whether the App Service is available in that country or not. It's therefore possible that logging into or signing up for an app is not possible, because of geographical location or other triggers the app uses to make apps available in certain countries only. Please refer to the website of the App company to understand in which countries the App is actually supported, as this may vary per app.
