ANT+ is another system of “Telemetry” HR similar to Polar® where:
- There are chest straps for ANT, just like chest straps for Polar®.
- There are ANT receiver boards in the console, similar to the Polar® receiver board.
- ANT Receivers receive HR from ANT chest straps
- ANT+ is a wireless protocol for monitoring sensor data such as a person's heart rate.
