The Flywheel IC5 Anywhere Bike is a consumer custom version of the IC5 sold by Flywheel Sports. Service related to the IC5 Flywheel should be sent to Flywheel.
- Wifi Troubleshooting , contact Flywheel Customer Service where they will do troubleshooting with the customer.
- Flywheel installations , contact 3 rd Party company called XPO. If the issue is install related, the customer would go back to Flywheel because they own the relationship. Any warranty issues would come through us.
- Replacement Accessories , contact Flywheel Customer Service to purchase.
This product has a unique console where consumers can stream live and on-demand content which differs from the ICG MyRide console. Consumers have an option to purchase the Flywheel IC5 Anywhere Bike with a tablet (Fig. 1) or without a tablet (Fig. 2) and use their own iOS device to watch classes.
