E3 View monitors will not pick up a TV signal if the HDTV equipment is connected to the non-functional HDMI port on the E3 monitor.
E3 monitors are available for ATSC or DVB-T.
The E3 monitor does not provide for decryption of HDTV, IPTV, scrambled cable channels, premium channels or direct satellite feeds.

E3 monitors are available for ATSC or DVB-T.
- ATSC / NTSC E3 monitors are capable of displaying non-scrambled ATSC (digital) signals, non-scrambled QAM 64/256 signals and NTSC (analog) signals.
- DVB-T / SECAM / PAL E3 monitors are capable of displaying non-scrambled DVB-T (digital) signals and SECAM / PAL signals (analog).
The E3 monitor does not provide for decryption of HDTV, IPTV, scrambled cable channels, premium channels or direct satellite feeds.
