When you select the
Continue as Guest
button on the Cybex GO NTS screen and nothing happens the unit can still be used, but none of the entertainment content will display. This could be because of two scenarios:
1.) Most of the time the Netpulse Services Cloud is down (Netpulse Servers). Once the Netpulse Cloud Services are restored the Cybex GO System will start working again.
2.) There is no longer a working network connection at the facility. The facility has to take steps to correct the network connectivity to the internet.
Please have the end user or Service Technician call Netpulse at 877-638-7857 Ext. 2 to confirm if the issue is with the Netpulse Service Cloud or if the network is down at the facility.
Currently we are working on allowing the Continue as Guest button to play content from the Netpulse Gateway even if the network is down.
