Problem: Headphones have no sound on a Discover SE, SE3, SE3HD, ST, or Cybex 70T product.
Possible Solutions:
- Make sure the software is up to date on the console, which can resolve many various issues.
- There can be an issue with the headphones themselves, so try multiple headphones to rule out this possibility.
- If this happens during setup of a set top box on the floor option then need to check and verify the console is not set to DTV when using a standard digital tuner, but instead set to STB-IPTV.
- If the machine has been working for a while and then stops working then issue could be with the USB/Heart Rate board which would need replacing.
