10/22/2020: At the end of a workout on a SCIFIT product, there is a showing test results screen at Cool Down. There are a couple different ways to document workout results:
Option 1: USING NO ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE DOCUMENTATION
Without using any software, you can plug a USB flash drive into the Fit-Key slot and press ‘Save’ during the Cool Down segment and then remove key. The results are then saved in a text (.txt) file to upload onto your computer for saving and printing. Clinicians will be able to capture their data using all SCIFIT programs.

Option 2: USING FIT-KEY DOCUMENTATION SOFTWARE
Fit-Key Documentation System is $495 (part # A4953).
We also offer a free 2-week trial on our website, http://www.scifit.com/solutions/fit-key/
The Sample Fit-Key Report is just a snapshot of what it can show. It can provide big picture trends on users’ improvements over 1 month/3 months/6 months/year, etc. Fit-Key Documentation Software is SCIFIT’s fun and easy way to get active and stay active by creating customized exercise programs and tracking workout results.
Fit-Key – Basic Key
One Fit-Key application is the ability to develop a custom workout template (Basic Key). A workout can be as simple or as complex as you like. The workout is loaded on a Fit-Key (USB flash drive) and is repeatedly used by different users. This application makes the setup simple – press Start, exercise, and exit the product at the end of the workout. This eliminates the need for the clinicians to setup products every time. Basic Keys are great when using SCIFIT as a circuit.
Most facilities will have several Basic Keys with different workout templates and a chart on the wall or some other type of reference as to what each workout entails.
Example: Blue Key = 10 minute hill profile at level 5, Green Key = 10 minute hill profile at level 10, Black Key = 10 minute hill profile at level 15
No information from the workout is recorded on this Basic Key application.
Fit-Key – Client Key
You can also use Fit-Key by assigning a key to each individual user. They can use their key periodically for testing and documenting results (pre-test/post-test), or daily to perform custom workouts and track progress while clinicians fine-tune the exercise program and help them maximize fitness improvements. Upload results at the end of the workout to see detailed results or big picture trends. The results show Peak Watts, Average Watts, Peak Heart Rate, Average Heart Rate, Total Calories and Total Time.
Heart rate is one of the key readouts with the Fit-Key Software. If this is a readout important to the customer, please note the user will need to wear a heart rate monitor in order to document the Heart Rate readings. SCIFIT products are compatible with several heart rate monitoring brands. We sell the Polar coded heart rate transmitter chest strap.
Note: The Fit-Key is a standard USB flash drive. Therefore any USB that is available should work, however SCIFIT has USBs in a variety of colors (Black, Yellow, Red, Blue, Green).
