9/15/21: If the Life Fitness Connect App fails to login and connect to the cardio machine or is unable to log in using the QR Code, first make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone (image below).
If Bluetooth is enabled, check the following article for Life Fitness Connect App Product Compatibility to make sure the product you are trying to connect to is compatible with Life Fitness Connect App.
