When using Google Cast™ on a Life Fitness console, content is cast from your personal device to the console, while audio is provided through the console. Life Fitness Google Cast™ supports both wired headphones and wireless Bluetooth headphones.
Remember: Casting connects your personal device to the console for content, but your headphones receive their audio from the console.
Wired Headphones
- Connect them directly to the console to hear the audio from your cast content.
Wireless Bluetooth Headphones
- Select the "General Settings" gear from the attract screen:
- Select "Connect" under the Devices:

Important: first make sure your Bluetooth headphones are in pairing mode. This can often be done by holding down a Bluetooth or power button, until an LED flashes blue.
- Note: Bluetooth Hearing Aids may connect, although Bluetooth headphones using a low energy Bluetooth signal, or single ear headphones are not compatible.
- Select "Scan" under Bluetooth Headphone Devices, then connect your devices under the Available Bluetooth devices.
