App Status & Updates: What You Need to Know
At Life Fitness, we’re committed to delivering reliable digital experiences that help you run your facility smoothly. Our team actively monitors app performance and works quickly to resolve any disruptions.
When an app experiences downtime, we prioritize restoring functionality with minimal impact to your operations.
Some of our apps are developed and maintained by third-party providers. While we don’t control when these partners make changes, we respond immediately once notified — working to implement updates and restore service. Most updates are deployed automatically within 24-48h, requiring no action from your team. In rare cases, a manual software update may be needed, and we’ll guide you through that process step by step.
Please note: Life Fitness apps are not distributed through the Android Play Store, which means they do not receive automatic updates via that platform.

Note: The third party App update process is completely
separated from the main Console Software update process. Updating or changing the Console Software won't affect the third party App or its update status, except when this is explicitly indicated (^). Third party App updates are separately managed by Life Fitness Engineering and each will
be automatically updated the moment it's released and the console is online.
