The resolution for E710/E711 would be to power cycle the machine.
If that doesn't resolve the issue then there is a legitimate error. If a legitimate error is present perform the following:
Error 710 Error Message Displayed to user PTC_BUS_DUMP_PWR_RPM_STOP_ERR = 710 Condition Bus Dump Power RPM to Stop. Cause Drive motor disabled, must come to stop before resuming. Remedy Turn treadmill off, then on. If error persists, perform the following guidelines: • If reboot does not clear issue ensure the bus dump resistor is connected. Connect resistor if it is not connected. • If bus dump resistor is connected and issue is repeatable, replace the bus dump resistor and the PTC (Premium Treadmill Controller).
Error 711 Error Message Displayed to user PTC_BUS_DUMP_MAX_TIME_ON_ERR = 711 Condition Exceed bus dump resistor maximum time on. Cause Drive motor disabled, must come to stop before resuming. Remedy Turn treadmill off, then on. If error persists, perform the following guidelines: • Ensure the bus dump resistor is connected. • Ensure workout is not being done that pushes the striding belt in to a frequent forward direction. • If issue persists, replace the bus dump resistor and the PTC (Premium Treadmill Controller).
