August 15, 2025: In the event the Life Fitness SS-HAA Insignia Hip Abduction, Adduction lower range of motion (ROM) adjustment knob will not go into the 1st hole detent pin selection (video below), it may be related to the rubber sleeve / stop on the cam (orange circle) and stop on the arm (red circle) area.
The stop on the arm (red circle) is adjustable which would need to be backed off to allow the detent pin to enter the hole. Make sure that the bolt head is stopping on the plastic pad, and not on the steel plate on the pulley arm.
