Connect Your Workouts: Strava & Fitbit Integrations Are Here
Now you can automatically sync your Life Fitness workout data with your Strava and Fitbit accounts. We recognize that exercisers have preferred apps for comprehensive tracking. This integration ensures their data is instantly available, allowing you to leverage their powerful tools for social sharing, nutrition tracking, and detailed analysis.
FAQ
How do I enable these integrations? You navigate to the connections item in our settings list. You can toggle on the integration. You must already have an account with Strava or Fitbit and grant permission for us to push your data into their system.
Strava excludes some of my strength data, why? Strava's platform is primarily focused on cardio activities (running, cycling, etc.). While we send your entire workout, Strava currently only tracks the duration of strength training activities and does not support metrics like reps, sets, or weight used. Additionally, workouts that combine both strength and cardio exercises can sometimes cause Strava to reject certain entries due to its internal timing rules for individual activities. We are continuing to work with Strava to improve how hybrid and strength data is handled in the future.
