The Life Fitness Signature Series Leg Extension FZLE had a 5-hole adjustment plate (Fig. 1) designed during development, then the 10-hole adjustment plate (Fig. 2) was introduced shortly after. The change was made in Ramsey but took awhile to be implemented in Hungary.
Note: The FZSLC uses the 5 hole part 7774801. The 5-hole version version part 7774801 will work on the FZLE, although the 10 hole version part 7774601 offers the user more range of motion than the 5 hole. From a users perspective, there is no upside to ordering the 5 hole adjustment plate.
