This note is to identify parts on a product which have a Serial Number label. Please Contact CSS to order replacement part and serial number label furnished. This must be arranged by Customer Service since the serial number label is tied to the product warranty.
Contact CSS - Oversized Shipping Item
This note is to identify parts on a product which are very large in size. Please Contact CSS so Customer Service can determine if the facility or shipping address can receive (ex. is there a loading dock) the large part.
