Hammer Strength Plate Loaded PL-FLY Work Arm Alignment

Make sure to verify the Hammer Strength Plate Loaded PL-FLY work arm alignment by checking to see if handle ends are even.

NOTE: If all adjustments have been made to make them even, an 1/8 inch/3mm difference is within specifications.

• The work arms should set evenly, but a tolerance of 1/8 in. is allowed.
• If alignment is needed, first confirm that both arms at their lowest setting against the hard stop. Next, loosen the bearing set screws on the arm that is too low and move the arm up to the desired position, then tighten set screws to 8-10 ft-lb/10.8-13.5 Nm.
