The Life Fitness Connect app is an added value for health clubs, multi-unit housing, college recreation, golf, and country club facilities that want to provide seamless tracking, digital connectivity and the ability to stream content. With the aim of complete workout freedom, you can quickly begin a workout from our pre-built library or create your own from scratch from our library of 500 exercises. September 7, 2021: Life Fitness Connect is a free to download app that offers connected tracking on-and-off all Life Fitness equipment. Premium features are available in the paid section of the app that includes on-demand content and coaching. In September 2021 Life Fitness released a major update on the Life Fitness Connect App which was previously known as LFconnect App. Note: Life Fitness Connect Red and Orange apps were removed for download July 8, 2024.
