From time to time, you might find an exercise that isn't included in our library. Don't worry, we have your fitness back. Here is how you can create custom exercises for only you.
Start Workout
Click Create
1. Give it a name like modified squat
2. Select as many muscle groups that apply
3. We have 4 combinations. You can have zero, one, or two. For example your traditional strength exercises will have repetitions and weight. Your traditional cardio exercises will have duration and distance. A plank will only have duration, maybe weight if you are an advanced exerciser. Either way we support it all for you.
4. Select the piece of equipment
5. Hit add, the exercise gets added to your active workout
When you come back for your next workout, you can use the search functionality to locate the custom exercise
