Your Workout Library
In This Article
You will learn how to best save your workouts for future usage.
The Workout Library
The workout library is a collection of the workouts you have either completed and/or created. It provides you an easy to select and track workouts that you love.
You can access the library at the bottom navigation tab "workouts", then the top navigation "MY OWN"
You can add to the library in two ways:
1. First, you can start a workout with the green "Start Workout" button. You can then add exercises and results as you go through your workout. At the of the workout, you will be prompted save your workout. Give it a name you will remember or use the default one we give you. This gets added to the top of your workout library. You can quickly come here if you want to do that workout again.
2. The second way to create a workout for later is to use the 3 dot menu on the "MY OWN" tab.
Managing Workout Changes
When you modify a workout, you'll be prompted to choose how to save your changes. Here's what triggers the save prompt:
What Counts as a Change?
- Strength Workouts: Adding/removing exercises or modifying reps, weight, time, or distance
- Cardio Workouts: Adding/removing exercises or changing distance, time, or calories
- Hybrid Workouts: Any changes to either strength or cardio components
Your Save Options
- Keep Original: Continue using your original workout template, ignoring any changes from this session
- Save as New: Create a new workout template with your changes while keeping the original version
- Overwrite: Replace the original workout template with your modified version
Important: Your workout results are always saved to your history and stats, regardless of which save option you choose.
Favorite
By default your workouts are saved by most recent. If you would like to select a few of your most used or favorite workouts, you can use the "heart" button to add them to the top of the list.
Delete
In order to delete a workout, swipe right to left on the workout card. You swipe it a majority of the way across the screen.
