Efficiently plan your workouts using the calendar feature on the app's home page. This tool allows you to schedule your exercise days and keep track of your fitness routine. Read more to learn to use it.
Step 1
Go to the home page where you'll see the current week's calendar labeled as "Workouts this week".
Step 2
Select a Day: Tap on the day you want to schedule your workout. The days of the week are displayed in a row, showing past and upcoming days.
Step 3
Choose "Next Day to Workout": This option allows you to set the next workout day. Select your desired day from the options provided.
Step 4
Save Your Plan: Once you've selected the day, confirm your choice by tapping "Save."
