At home page, click on "Quick Start" and there are three main ways to start an exercise:
Option 1: Tapping the green puck (if your gym has the Connect System)
Option 2: Scan the QR Code on the machine or cardio equipment (cardio equipment also have Bluetooth log in)
Option 3: Manually Select the exercise

Option 1: Tap
- Click on "Quick Start"
- Tap the green puck on the machine to start your exercise. (if you facility has the Connect System)
Option 2: Scan QR Code Strength
- Click on "Quick Start" and select the "Scan" option in the app.
- Scan the QR code on the machine to begin.
Option 2: Scan QR Code On Touch Screen Console
1. Before you start the machine, tap log in.
2. Use your phones camera to scan the QR code or have the app open and a workout started and use the scan option on the below screen.
3. The app will connect to the equipment and your workout will be automatically tracked.
*** If you forget to log in before you start a workout, you can scan the QR code on the console workout summary to get your results.
Option 2: Bluetooth On Touch Screen Consoles or LED Consoles
1. Start a workout in the app
2. Click the scan button
3. At the bottom of the screen, click Use Bluetooth
4. A list of cardio equipment will appear. The list is based on signal strength, select the first one. (there is a small chance your device will connect to the equipment next to you. If this happens, end the workout in the app and try again. If you are on a touch screen console, use the QR code)

Option 3: Manually Select
- Click on "Quick Start" and go to "Manual select".
- Choose your exercise by either "Muscle groups" or "Equipment."
- Browse the list and tap on your desired exercise.
