If you want to add a new exercise that is not already on the list, you can do that by using the create new exercise function. Want to include an exercise that isn't on the existing list? You can easily add it using the "Create New Exercise" feature. Follow these steps to customize your workout routine.
Step 1
At Home Page, click on "Quick Start", then click on the add button at the button right corner.
Step 2
Enter Exercise Name: Type the name of the exercise in the provided field.
Step 3
- Choose the primary muscle groups involved.
- Options include Back, Biceps, Calves, Chest, Core, Full Body, Glutes, Hamstrings, Mobility, Quads, Shoulders, and Triceps.
Step 4
Choose Units: Select one or both units for tracking:

- Repetitions
- Weight
- Duration and Distance are also available if relevant.
Step 5
Select Equipment: If your exercise requires specific equipment, select it from the available categories.
Step 6
Add: Once all the details are filled in, save by adding your new exercise.
