Navigate to Workouts:
- Select the "Workouts" tab in menu bar.

- Choose "Gym" at the top of the screen.

Choose a Program:
- Scroll through the curated categories such as "Beginner Strength" or "Advanced Strength" to find the right program for you.
- Tap "View All" to explore all available workouts in that category.

Select a Workout:
- Once you find a workout that fits your needs, tap on it to view the details, including the exercises involved, duration, and muscle groups targeted.
