Navigate to "My Own" Workouts:
- Select the "My Own" section to view or create your custom workouts. Use the triple dot to sort or create a workout for later.

Create a New Workout:
- Tap on "Create Workout" to start building your workout.

Name Your Workout:
- Enter a name for your workout in the provided field.

- Enter desired workout duration.
- You can also add a picture for the workout.

Add Exercises:
- Tap "Add Exercise" to include the exercises you want in your routine.
- Seach for the exercises you want to include.
- You can customize the duration, distance, and calories for each exercise.

Save Your Workout: Once you're satisfied with your custom workout, tap "Save" to store it in the app for future use.
