Life Fitness and Hammer strength offer a wide range of frame colours as well as a clear coat option, which will show the raw material finish of the frame. See examples of the clear coat in the pictures below.
The clear coat option has a raw industrial aesthetic on purpose.
During the manufacturing process the frames of the strength products are all cleaned and ground to prepare the frame for paint. The cleaning and grinding process will vary from product to product, series to series and manufacturing location to manufacturing location. Because of this no two units would ever look the same from a frame finish perspective as this is a manual process.
After this process the clear coat finish will be applied, which is a 100% see-through setup. It shows the raw steel that is below the corrosion resistant clear coating including all of it’s imperfections, inconsistencies, including grinding marks, welds etc.
Customers who choose this like the uniqueness and interesting characteristics this brings. Every machine tells its own story. It is purposely bold, interesting and different.
