The Cybex 770T can go up to a 12.4 mph max speed where the 790T can go up to 15.6 mph max speed. You MUST change the
Max Speed
under
Limits
in
Setup Mode
in order to get a 790T to have a 15.6 mph max speed.
If the target speed is above 6 mph (9.6 kph), the maximum incline is limited to 15%. Also, if the target incline is set to 15% or greater, the maximum speed is limited to 6 mph (9.6 kph).
Note: If the Cybex 790T Treadmill will still not increase to a 15.6 mph speed and 20 incline, verify that the proper software is installed. 770T software installed on a 790T will also reduce the product incline and speed limits.
