March 13, 2023: Console Logs can be collected at Discover and 70T consoles, by using a USB Memory Stick.
Tools
1x USB Memory Stick (USB2.x or USB 3.x)
Step 1
Create a collect_logs.txt file and save it to the USB Memory stick.
Alternatively download and unzip this already created collect_logs.txt file.
Step 2
Insert the USB Memory stick into the console and wait for about 90 seconds.
Note: The same USB memory stick can be used for multiple logs and consoles since separate folders and files are written for each downloaded log from any console.
Step 3
Zip the created Folder to use in email or other platforms
