7/7/22: There have been reports of users not being able to log into Life Fitness or Cybex consoles using the latest Life Fitness Connect App through NFC using an Android phone.
This is a know issue that impacts all Android devices. Our Product Development teams are aware of the issue and working towards a solution to get this functionality working again. There is currently no timeline set for resolving this bug.
Solution:
As a work around, users can still connect to our equipment using Proximity (Bluetooth BT Proximity) or QR code scan options (image below).
