2/28/2022: If there is exactly 20 bikes showing in the facility (image below) at Install, it is because the Myride Media Server is in Demo Mode.
Media server serial number and HDD number will need to be sent to Germany internationalsales@indoorcycling.com to enable ICG Connect Application. Note: The Installation location needs option of connecting the Media Server via CAT5/CAT6 RJ45 cable to a network with internet without a proxy server or firewall restrictions to perform update.
