Life Fitness migrated from Synrgy180 to SYNRGY in Q1 of 2026. In many cases the old system is compatible with the new version. This document outlines some of the considerations that need to be made when mixing systems. The new system expands and improves the original, some highlights include:
- Cable Frame
- 6ft bay options (shelves, chin, stability ball storage etc.)
- Accessory and Dumbbell shelves consolidated to a single Accessory/Dumbbell shelf
- Olympic station with weight plate storage
- Center room monkey bars
- Center room back-to-back
- New stabilization options
- Side dumbbell storage
- New Wall Ball target
- Chrome metallic spacer replaced with back plastic spacer, altering appearance on all shelves
