Are original SMSS frames compatible with new SYN frames?
A: Yes, SMSS-ADD, and SMSS-CORE are completely compatible with SYN-C and SYN-A, in fact the frames are identical. The only changes are to the shelf options to provide the new single Accessory/Dumbbell shelf design as well as the new 6’ options.
