Step 1
On the Welcome page click on ‘My Clients’
Step 2
Type the client's name into the search bar.
The list of names will reduce the more characters you type in.
If the name doesn’t appear then you will need to add the client.
Step 3
Click Add client.
Step 4
Complete the Add new client form.
Ensure you have selected the correct Client's gym if you have multiple sites.
Tick the I accept terms and conditions box.
Click Add client.
Step 5
You will see confirmation that the client has been added to your list.
You now have the option to click ok or to Go to client.
Step 6
The client will now appear in your client list.
Under their email address you will see the statement, waiting for client to accept to sharing workout history.
The client will now receive the welcome email asking them to download the Life Fitness Connect App and to create an account.
The client will then receive a message in the Life Fitness Connect App to give permission to share their workout related data.
The statement will disappear when the account has been created and permission has been granted.
