Step 1
Click on My workouts.

If you can’t see the workout you want to add progression to on the first page, you can use the search bar to search for it and then click on the workout that appears in the box below the search bar. If you can see the workout on the first page, click on it.
Step 3
Click on the cog wheel for your options.
Click on Edit.
Step 4
Click on the down arrow on the exercise to open its contents.
Step 5
Click on the weight progression button to turn it on.
Step 6
Complete the Successful completed exercise before weight increase box and the Increase weight by box. Here it is important to know what weight increments are available for this exercise in your facility. When completed for this exercise click on save. Then add any other progressions for other exercises in the same way.
Step 7
When completed on all the exercises you can see what the progressions have been set to on each exercise.
To finish click on save.
Step 8
To return to the Home screen or another area, click on the three lines in the top lefthand corner of the screen.
Step 9
Choose the area of Trainer Connect you want to go to.
