Step 1
Click on My workouts.
Step 2
If you can’t see the workout you want to edit on the first page, you can use the search bar to search for it and then click on the workout that appears in the box below the search bar. If you can see the workout on the first page, click on it.

Click on the cog wheel for your options.
Note here that you also have the option to duplicate the workout, which can save you time if you want to have the same workout content but change the difficulty level of maybe add some exercises. This is covered in the Duplicating a workout guide.
Step 4
For this example, click on Edit.
Step 5
You can now click on and hold onto the dots beside an exercise and drag up or down if we want to change its position in the workout.
You can click on the down arrow on the exercise to open its contents to amend it.
You can search and filter for other exercises to add to the workout.

Step 6
When you have finished editing the workout, click on save.
Step 7
If you want to assign the edited workout to a client or to a group, click on the cog wheel and click on assign. If required, refer to the Assigning a workout to Client guide or the Assigning a workout to a group guide.
Step 8
To return to the Home screen or another area, click on the three lines in the top lefthand corner of the screen.
Step 9
Choose the area of Trainer Connect you want to go to.
