Step 1
Click on My Clients.
Step 2
Once in 'My clients', click on 'Groups'
Step 3
Click on Create group.
Step 4
Complete the 'Create new group' form. You can add an image if you wish.
Give the group a name and a description.
Ensure you have selected the correct Group's gym if you have multiple sites.
You are able to add clients to the group at this stage or you can add them later. Once complete, tick the 'I accept terms and conditions' box and click the 'Create group'.
Step 5
You will see confirmation that the group has been created.
Step 6
The group will now appear in your groups list. Click on the group to assign clients to the group.
Step 7
Click on 'Add members'
Step 8
Use the search bar to find the client. The list of clients will reduce the more characters you type in. If the name doesn't appear then you will need to add the client.

Step 9
Click on the client to be added to the group.
Step 10
You will now see the name added to the group. You can search and add more names if required.
Click on Add member to complete the process.
Step 11
You will now see confirmation that members have been added to the group.
