Step 1
Click on My workouts.
Step 2
Click on Create Workout.
Step 3
Complete the Name, Description, Difficulty, workout Duration and add a background image.
When this is completed move onto the Adding exercises area below.

You can search for an exercise using the search bar. A list will appear.
Step 5
You can click on the Filter bar to filter by Equipment or Body part.
Step 6
Filter by Equipment or Body part. Maximum of one of each.
Click on Apply.
Step 7
A list will appear which corresponds to the filters selected.
This is the same filter process for the cardio equipment.
Step 8
Click on the Add button beside the exercise to add to the workout.
Decide if the cardio is to be Duration, Distance or Calories.
Add, in this case, the time and then any message in the comments box if required.
Step 9
Add the other exercises required.
Step 10
Alter the Reps, Weight and Rest time.
Add the sets required then any comments required.
When completed click on the create button.
Step 11
You will get a message to confirm the Workout has been successfully created.
Step 12
This has been saved in the My Workouts list of workouts.
